Pomegranate infusion stops persistent diarrhoea. Pomegranate juice is recommended for fever, it’s good for the stomach and fights inflammation of the urinary tract system. The juice also helps with diarrhoea. 1 glass of pomegranate juice per day lowers blood pressure. Pomegranate juice when used in the eyes purifies eyesight and fights irritation and redness of the eye.
How to brew Pomegranate tea - Dried leaves of Pomegranate:
Put one teaspoonful of dried Pomegranate into a warmed teapot or small casserole.
Add 250 ml (1 glass) of boiling water and boil for 10-15 minutes.
Separate from the leaves and drink hot or warm. Remaining leaves could be eaten.
Recommended consumption for adults: 200 ml 3 times daily 30 min before meals, for 3 weeks. Repeat after 2 weeks break.
Tip: Tea efficiency is much higher when distilled/purified water is used.
