Spirulina-50 Capsules

Spirulina is mainly composed of protein (up to 70%) and contains all the essential amino acids that are essential for tissue growth and repair. It also contains high levels of minerals (iron, zinc, selenium, potassium and calcium), which contribute to the development of healthy bones and blood cells, strengthen the immune system and develop memory in infants. Unlike plants that grow in the soil, spirulina does not have a hard cell wall and is therefore digestible. It is a good source of vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 and B9, which are essential for a healthy nervous system and healthy internal organs. It also contains vitamin D which is taken along with calcium and helps prevent bone diseases such as rickets and osteoporosis. Vitamin A contained in spirulina helps with healthy eyesight and eyes. Contains natural antioxidants (vitamin C and vitamin E), which reduce the production of cell-destroying free radicals.
Internal consumption: 3g of fresh root per day or 6g. fresh root for therapeutic purposes. It is also used as a powder.
