Yarrow tea regulates female hormones and the cycle if the menstrual period. It helps with irregular periods, all gynaecological problems, such as period pain, menopause and cysts. It stops bleeding, cleanses the blood from toxins and it’s a strong antiseptic. It helps with urinary tract infections, skin conditions, loss of appetite, acne spots, anxiety-related headaches, dizziness, eye pain, menopause, stomach pain, constipation and bowel cancer. It also stimulates the body, helps create blood and helps to reduce fibroids.
How to brew Yarrow tea - Dried leaves of Yarrow Procumbens:
Put one teaspoonful of dried Yarrow into a warmed teapot or small casserole.
Add 250 ml (1 glass) of boiling water and boil for 10-15 minutes.
Separate from the leaves and drink hot or warm. Remaining leaves could be eaten.
Recommended consumption for adults: 200 ml 3 times daily 30 min before meals, for 3 weeks. Repeat after 2 weeks break.
Tip: Tea efficiency is much higher when distilled/purified water is used.

It is not recommended to be used during pregnancy. It is only allowed the last few days to assist with childbirth.
